If you’re looking for lodging in Hudson, New York, check out Wm. Farmer & Sons, a cute property on Front Street. The hotel — made up of two adjacent buildings and an annex — is just around the corner from the end of Warren Street (the main street in Hudson).
Living area was cute and comfy. My one issue with the half-pint room was that the window coverings were very sheer, which is fine for privacy and great for light, but not great for sleeping due to the street lights.
Flatscreen TV and reading material, including a magazine called “Guns & Gardens” (this was amusing to me).
Our one-bedroom suite had a (tiny) bathroom, a nice-sized closet, and an armoire containing a non-working TV.
Very small bathroom with no counter space (our toiletry bags had to stay on a shelf outside the bathroom) and a somewhat sad step-in shower (with a shower curtain… not my favorite).
Overall we had a pleasant stay and I loved the kitchen and living areas of the Half-Pint, but the bathroom situation left much to be desired.
