Resort Overview
The Four Seasons Resort Lana’i overlooks Hulupo’e Bay in Manele, Lana’i – a beautiful white sand beach with clear aquamarine waters. The resort features two pools, an onsite Nobu, a spa, and verdant tropical landscaping.
It is one of two Four Seasons resorts on the island — the other being the Sensei, the wellness retreat that replaced the Ko‘ele Lodge (RIP, I loved that place). I’ll blog Sensei next.
Activity offerings (not necessarily included in booking price of room) include a holoholo island tour, cultural demonstrations and workshops (like lei making and lauhala weaving), fishing, sailing, archery, horseback riding, clay shooting, biking, hiking, yoga, and even a zipline. For a full list, view their website.
There are 213 rooms and suites ranging from Garden View rooms to Deluxe Oceanfront suites. Standard rooms are over 650 square feet and are appointed with everything you need for a comfy stay. And if you need anything, just ask. It’s a Four Seasons. They probably have it.
We booked a garden-view room and were upgraded to an ocean-view. The room is gorgeous.

Four Seasons Lana’i resort guests always enjoy complimentary luxury shuttle service from the airport, so there’s no need to worry about bags or renting a car. When we visited, they gave guests the option of either taking a luxury shuttle or self-driving to the resort in a Tesla.
Right now the Four Seasons Lana’i is also offering free roundtrip air transportation on a private, chartered luxury air service. Every room booked includes roundtrip air for two adults and two children.
