Made semi-famous by the sweet Sofia Coppola movie Lost in Translation, the Park Hyatt Tokyo is one of the city’s best hotels and is among my all-time world favorites. Like most Park Hyatts we’ve stayed in, the Park Hyatt Tokyo is modern, sleek, and tastefully decorated.
The hotel has beautiful views and is so high up that you feel quite detached from the hustle and bustle of the city below. The Park Hyatt Tokyo occupies the top 14 floors of a 52-floor building.
Artwork and books are scattered throughout the common areas, and all rooms have original art pieces as well.
